Terms of Service

The deal in one paragraph

Motozenta puts buyers and sellers of cars, motorcycles and scooters in Egypt in touch with each other. You publish a vehicle, buyers send offers or ask to inspect it, and you settle price, payment and paperwork directly with each other. We take no commission while the limited-time offer runs, and we never own or handle the vehicle.

By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use it.

Who may use Motozenta

• You must be 18 or older and legally able to sign a contract in Egypt.
• You must give accurate details and keep your password or Google sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. It can both buy and sell — you don't need a separate seller account.

Listing a vehicle

When you publish a listing you promise that:

• You own the vehicle, or the owner has clearly asked you to sell it.
• The details are truthful: model year, mileage, fuel, transmission, location, condition, and any fault, accident history or outstanding finance.
• The photos show the actual vehicle you are offering, not a stock image standing in for it.
• You hold, or will provide, the documents needed to transfer ownership.
• The vehicle is not stolen, seized, or being sold in breach of a court or bank order.

You set your own asking price and can edit, pause or mark sold any listing from your account page. We may hide or remove a listing that breaks these rules, looks fraudulent, or puts users at risk, and we tell you when we do.

Offers, inspections and the sale itself

• A price offer is an invitation to agree, not a binding contract. Nothing is legally sold the moment a button is pressed.
• When a seller accepts an offer, or agrees to an inspection, that is the point both sides commit to talk seriously. The actual sale — payment, hand-over, transfer of registration, taxes — happens directly between buyer and seller.
• Motozenta is not the seller, the buyer, an agent, a valuer, or an inspector. We do not verify a vehicle's condition, mileage or paperwork, and we do not guarantee that anyone follows through on an offer.
• Before money changes hands we strongly suggest you inspect the vehicle in person, check the documents and chassis number, agree the final price and hand-over date in writing, and pay through a traceable method.
• Never send a deposit to someone you have not met or verified. Report suspicious accounts to us and we will act.

Fees

Listing and selling on Motozenta costs nothing while our 0% commission limited-time offer runs. If we ever introduce a fee, we will announce it on the site before it applies to anyone — nothing changes silently, and nothing you have already agreed to is repriced.

Not allowed on Motozenta

• Fake, duplicate or misleading listings, and photos that do not show the vehicle on offer.
• Vehicles you do not have the right to sell, or that are stolen, smuggled or under seizure.
• Vehicles advertised outside Egypt, or sales you cannot legally complete.
• Spam, bulk messaging, harassment, or impersonating another person or business.
• Automated scraping of listings or data, or any attempt to break, disable or reverse-engineer the site.
• Uploading malicious files, or content that is unlawful, hateful or infringes someone else's rights.

Demonstration and test listings

Some listings on the site are clearly badged as test listings. They are demonstration data used to build and check the marketplace, not real vehicles for sale. Offers and inspection requests on them are blocked.

Your content, and our licence to show it

You keep ownership of the text and photos you publish. By publishing them you give Motozenta permission to display them on the site, in search results and in link previews, so buyers can find your vehicle. If you delete a listing, we stop showing it.

Suspension and ending your account

We can warn, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts users at risk, or is used for fraud. You can close your account at any time by emailing support@motozenta.com — see our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.

No warranty, and our liability

The site is provided as it is, without warranties about availability or about any vehicle, buyer or seller. Motozenta is not liable for a vehicle's condition, for a deal falling through, for losses between parties, or for anything another user does. Where Egyptian law sets a limit on what we are responsible for, that limit applies.

Changes, and which law applies

We may update these terms; the date below changes and we will say so on the site for anything important. Continuing to use Motozenta afterwards means you accept them. These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Egypt settle any dispute.
